Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Marrakech – High Atlas – Ouarzazate – Todra Gorge – Erfoud – Rissani – Merzouga – Camel Trekking

We will start our trip by picking you up from your hotel at around 8 am, then driving towards the High Atlas Mountains through the Tizin Tichka pass. Along the way, we can make as many stops as you need in order to enjoy the beautiful mountain landscapes. One of these stops would be at one of the many Argan Oil cooperatives of the area, so that you can learn more about this extremely beneficial oil. Our drive from now onward will be full of scattered Kasbahs all around the place, and after that we will reach the breathtaking Todra gorges. These 300 meters high gorges were formed over the years because of the Todra River, and they attract climbers from all over the world for their unique rock formations. After having lunch at this location, we will finally arrive at Merzouga village where we will check in at the hotel and relax for a little bit. Then we will finally start getting ready for our camel trekking ride, as we reach Erg Chebbi. You will spend an unforgettable evening in a Berber camp in the middle of the Sahara surrounded by nothing but endless dunes. After a delicious traditional dinner, you will spend the night in a Nomad style simplistic tent.

Day 2: Merzouga – Rissani – Todra Gorge – Roses valley – Ouarzazate – Marrakesh

For the last day of our tour, we will explore Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou. Ait Ben Haddou is a recognized UNESCO world heritage site, famous for being the setting location for many big international movies and series (Game of Thrones for instance). After that we will enjoy the breathtaking landscapes of the High Atlas Mountains while driving through the famous Tizin Tichka mountain pass. Finally, we will arrive at Marrakech in the early evening.
